What you pay

• All-Access Membership: $24.99 per month, charged in advance.
• Basic Membership: $17.99 per month, charged in advance.

Renewal

Your membership renews automatically every month until you cancel. We tell you the price, the monthly billing, and how to cancel next to the pay button, and you tick a box to agree before any charge is made.

How to cancel

Sign in, open Dashboard → Billing, tap Open billing portal, and choose cancel. No phone call, no email, no waiting. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep your benefits until then and are not charged again.

Refunds

Because membership provides access continuously through each paid month, we do not refund partial months, except where the law requires it or where we end your membership without cause. If you believe you were charged in error, email [[CONTACT_EMAIL]] within 30 days of the charge.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails you keep your benefits for a one-day grace period while you update your card in the billing portal. After that, benefits pause until payment clears; nothing is lost and updating your card restores everything.

Switching tiers

You can switch between tiers in the billing portal at any time. Stripe prorates the difference so you are never charged twice for the same days.

The $1 gift box

Your monthly gift box is $1, paid at the register when you pick it up. The $1 is paid at the store register, never through this website.
