Our commitment

We want every adult member to be able to use this site, including the age gate, checkout, and the in-store member screen. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA: keyboard access throughout, visible focus, labelled forms and buttons, sufficient colour contrast, and screen-reader announcements for status changes such as a new verification code.

Known limitations

Checkout and the billing portal are provided by Stripe and follow Stripe's accessibility support. Some illustrations are decorative and are hidden from assistive technology.
